Chemical Composition
Full spectrometer analysis of every melt batch: C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr compliance with G3000 / HT250.
Hardness Testing
Brinell (HB) and Rockwell (HRC) testing on friction surfaces and hubs. Spec: 180–240 HB base, 45–55 HRC hardened.
Metallography
Microstructure inspection: Type A graphite, pearlite matrix ≥95%, carbide content control.
Dynamic Balance
100% balancing to ≤5 g·cm. Out-of-balance pieces are auto-corrected and re-verified.
Dimensional Inspection
CMM and dedicated gauges: thickness, runout ≤0.03mm, DTV, center bore, PCD position.
Salt Spray Test
Neutral salt spray chamber testing to 720 hours for Geomet / Dacromet coated discs.
